Waist training can be effective if done properly. I usually wear my waist trainer during upper body weightlifting, cardio, or during periods of non-physical activity not to exceed 4-5 hours a day. I will share more information on how I use my waist trainer in our private FB Group.
I am not into fad diets. However, Whole 30 is more of an educational tool in my opinion. This plan teaches you how to eat healthier for a lifetime.
